Terms and Conditions

  1. Sometimes phones during work hours will not be picked up.

    1.1 If or when that happens, please leave a message on Facebook or WhatsApp (07454653935). These will then be later returned or replied to.

  2. Every client is REQUIRED to pay a deposit for their appointment.

  3. The deposit can be moved towards the next appointment ONLY when a 48 hour notice is given before the appointment.

    3.1 If a client does not appear for their appointment without giving the 48 hour notice, they will NOT be able to get a new appointment in the future.

    3.2 Does not apply for emergencies.

  4. Each and every appointment can only be rescheduled ONCE and no further than ONE MONTH into the future.

  5. Appointment reschedule ONLY by phone

  6. Deposits for appointments are NOT REFUNDABLE.

  7. Deposits vary based on the service being booked.

  8. Client may only be late 15 minutes for their appointment.

    8.1 Rights reserved for declining service if client has exceeded the 15 minute grace period.

  9. Duration of appointment may vary.

  10. Price for appointments and services may vary due to each clients individual needs.

    10.1 Including but not limited to:

                    10.1.1 Hair length

                    10.1.2 Hair thickness

                    10.1.3 Hair health and condition

  11. Client may be asked to send photo of their hair before appointment.

  12. Service may be declined if hair condition looks worse that the photo led to believe.

  13. Service may be declined if hair condition is not good enough for the appointment that was ordered (such as bleaching already damaged hair).

    13.1 A different day or service may be recommended.

  14. Free consultations available.

  15. Service will be declined if a client appears drunk for their appointment.

  16. Service will be declined if a client appears under influence for their appointment.

  17. Olaplex is considered as an additional service during a colour appointment.

  18. Colour appointment does NOT include a cut.

    18.1 Hair Cut is an additional cost to any other service.

  19. Client should NOT come with an accompanying person.

  20. Calls and messages on Sunday WILL NOT be answered.

  21. Accepting payments through PayPal, Debit/Credit Card and Cash.

  22. Payment made through the website is SOLELY a deposit.

    22.1 The remaining balance must be paid in cash after the appointment.

  23. The salon is under constant video and audio surveillance.

  24. The carried out work is covered by insurance.

  25. Free parking is available.
